I have a younger sister that is 15, and just recently our Mom died, my sisters Dad is recovering from a drinking problem and is getting married, which my sister really doesn’t like, she has lukemia, is having a really hard time trusting people, getting close to people, etc, and she’s tried to kill herself more than once. How would you comfort her, when she’s crying, upset, etc?

try to keep her realizing how important she is in the mean time try to get her some help becuase if she is left alone then she will fall prey to herslef

So, I was just curious to see if committee assignments were automatic before the Senator-elect took the oath.

Not everyone but most will probably be on a committee
In the senate I believe the Majority leader assigns people to committees
and in the House I believe the Speaker assigns people

Said there is a employee of company who is well known for his job in the community. A new company moves into town that does the same thing. They hired the well known employee from out from under the original company. The original company believes they are losing business to the new company because they took their well known employee. Are there any legal actions that the original company can take against the new company?

I am writing a paper for a legal business class and I am struggling.

If the employee has signed a non-compete agreement, they would have cause to sue. Otherwise, it is unlikely there would be a cause for action.

Question by x•°meadow°•-|-: How common is it among teens/young adults to be isolated without any friends?
I just wonder how common it is for teens and young adults to exclude friends totally and be completely isolated and afraid to meet people outside of school. Spending all of their time by themselves. Being totally isolated? I wonder how common it’s for teens to not want to get contact with other people, although they don’t suffer from social anxiety? With other words, how common todays is it to be young and not have any friends at all do you think?
